Greetings, wherever you are!! Thank you for your interest in our company and giving me this opportunity to tell you a little bit about what we are striving to accomplish.

Adam Henderson (our COO), Rosaira Acosta (our CBO), and I started this company mid-2007 focused on exclusively healthcare management. Not just paper management, but truly healthcare management. Having had experience in this realm from past professional engagements, we found a passion in understanding the business side of healthcare and how vitally important it is to get information to stakeholders in the most timely fashion. With our passionto serve, our understanding of the importance and the knowledge to deliver, STAT Imaging Solutions was born. 

Through STAT Imaging Solutions (STAT) corporate office in Wisconsin, we manage client relationships throughout the nation. STAT's mission is to help anyone dealing with healthcare information issues. Our array of services ranges from processing EOB's in Patient Accounting, I9's in Human Resources to the “Grand Daddy of all paper” in healthcare facilities, patient information in Health Information Management. Our accounts range from small facilities with two full-time STAT team members to ones with over 300 full-time team members onboard; big or small, STAT does it all!

With our proven workflow methodologies, unparalleled experience and expertise and an obsessive will to understand our customers, we will help you deliver patient care more efficiently and cost-effectively-adding dollars to your bottom line. Our best practices allow us to provide services better, faster and more economically feasible than in-house solutions! 

The core to our business starts with our team members. From the very knowledgeable RHIA/RHIT’s and experienced team members we employ, many of our team members have spent numerous years in the healthcare environment. We understand the day to day operations to ensure success. With this broad knowledge base at work, we have developed some of the most efficient and effective tools to deliver a quick and quality product every time.

Company History

STAT Imaging Solutions is a privately held Company located in Waupaca, WI. Founded in June 2007 by our COO, Adam Henderson, our CBO, Rosaira Acosta and our President/CEO, Brian Verhagen, STAT Imaging Solutions is committed to providing the best alternative to in-house document capture services. Our outsourcing solutions are based on industry knowledge, content knowledge and our ability to work with various document capture technologies in order to maximize their output capabilities.

In 2012, STAT Imaging Solutions initiated their Release of Information division. This division primarily deals with the release of medical record information for patient continued treatment, as well as release of medical records for legal, insurance and disability purposes. By the end of 2013, STAT Imaging Solutions will be providing release of information services for over 80 hospitals all across the United States.

As a business we must remain profitable to remain viable. But profitable operations are not our only concern. At STAT Imaging Solutions we seek uncompromising integrity through what each team member can contribute to our customers, our co-workers, our Company and our communities.
